…well not quite. however, i finally was able to make pancake that’s edible! Lol this batch was fluffy, soft and tasted just about right compared to the last one. i can certainly work on the presentation next time. hubby and baby ate them, so that could mean it’s good!
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 tbsp baking power
3/4 cup whole milk
mix all dry ingredients first, then add egg and milk. mix the batter with a whisk. the pancake is ready to flip over when there are big bubbles forming.
pretty easy, but for someone who made pancakes only for the second time, i think it’s an accomplishment. next up, variations of flavor etc! ^.~))
